Paper explores Irish PB context

A new report looks at how participatory budgeting (PB) is being used in Ireland and explores the learning from across the world, including Scotland. 

The paper, from the Institute of Public Administration sets out the existing context in Ireland, explores the strengths and weaknesses of PB and details examples from across the world and concludes with recommendations for enhancing citizen engagement with the budget process.
